The Buffalo Sabres have been playing in the National Hockey League since 1970 and have had much success including a run of twelve consecutive seasons from 1975 to 1996 where they were able to have winning seasons and make it to the Playoffs.

Many famous players have played for the Sabres organization and made them a successful franchise, including Grant Fuhr and Pat LaFontaine. Head Coach Lindy Ruff looks to continue their winning ways and bring another year of Playoff hockey back to HSBC Arena and contend for the Stanley Cup.
