Carolina Hurricanes

Formerly known as the Hartford Whalers, the Carolina Hurricanes came to the NHL in 1997 after 18 years of existence in Hartford. Despite having no President's Trophies, the Hurricanes has won the Eastern Conference Southeast's division thrice, the entire conference twice and the Stanley Cup once. They have reached the top of the hockey mountain during the 2005-2006 season by defeating the Edmonton Oilers in seven games.
Eric Staal is the current captain of the Hurricanes and with him are reliable players like Jordan Staal, Tim Gleason, right wing Alexander Semin, defenseman Joni Pitkanen, right win Tuomo Ruutu, defenseman Marc-Andre Bergeron and goaltender Cam Ward. This bunch of Carolina Hurricanes will offer everything they can to sweep their combatants off their feet. Every time they do that, the best place to be at is inside the arena where they are playing.
