Detroit Lions

The Detroit Lions were founded in 1930 and were able to have immediate success winning the NFL title in 1935 and other titles in 1952, 1953 and in 1957.  Since their early success, they are looking to participate in their first Super Bowl for the first time in 50 years. 

The Detroit Lions are ready to bring glory back to Motown and to perhaps host a home playoff game at Ford Field as Head Coach Rod Marinelli looks to guide his team all the way to the title this year.  This may not be such an easy task playing in the difficult NFC North, but with their young talent, they may have enough to take them over the top and to contend for the Lombardi Trophy this year.
