I think larry Bird is the root cause of the pacers failure. He was a mediocre player at best and a completely incompetent, ill equiped and out of touch with reality executive. The pacers record has declined each year of his tenure. In essence if Mike Brown former head coach of the clevelend cavaliers was fired. Larry Bird should have been gone two (2) years ago.
